The service
ReelMint Studio (“ReelMint”) at reelmint.io is a studio for planning, generating, editing, and publishing short-form videos. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in your workspace, including users you invite. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
Your content
You own the scripts, media, and videos you create. You grant ReelMint only the rights needed to operate the service (storing, processing, rendering, and publishing your content where you direct). You are responsible for having the rights to material you upload and for the content you publish to third-party platforms.
YouTube and connected platforms
Publishing to YouTube uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to Google’s handling of your data. You can revoke ReelMint’s access at any time from your Google security settings or the app’s integrations page.
AI-generated content and provider keys
Generations run through AI providers configured for your workspace, under those providers’ terms. If you supply your own provider API keys, usage they incur is billed to you by that provider. AI output can be inaccurate — review content before publishing.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ReelMint to create or distribute unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, spam platforms, attempt to access other workspaces’ data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Availability and warranty
ReelMint is provided “as is”, currently as an early-access service, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelMint’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
